BLACKFOX DIGITAL Studio (“Controller,” “we,” “us”), a professional photo editing business located at House 560, Road 08, Adabor, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh, is the data controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with our services. For clients located in the European Union, we process your personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national implementing legislation. We collect personal data you provide directly, including: your full name, company name, and contact email when submitting a quote, free trial, or contact form; order details and creative briefs submitted for editing; and communications exchanged with our account team. We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via cookies and server logs.

We do not store payment card data directly — all card transactions are processed by PCI-compliant payment partners (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer). We receive only confirmation of payment and relevant invoicing details.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases as defined in Article 6 GDPR: (a) Contract performance — to fulfil your orders and communicate regarding deliveries and revisions; (b) Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, service improvement, and secure technical operations; (c) Consent — for optional analytics cookies and marketing communications, where you have explicitly opted in; (d) Legal obligation — where processing is required by applicable commercial, tax, or regulatory law.

You may withdraw consent for any consent-based processing at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your personal data is used to: process and deliver your editing orders; issue invoices and payment confirmations; communicate regarding project status, revisions, and quality checks; respond to support enquiries; and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us improve our service and website experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Order-related data and communications are retained for 5 years to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. Image files submitted for editing are deleted within 30 days of delivery, unless extended retention is agreed in writing.

Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@theblackfoxstudio.com, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We share personal data only with: encrypted cloud infrastructure providers for secure file storage and transfer during production; payment processors who handle financial data under their own compliance frameworks; and contracted editing teams who operate under strict confidentiality agreements equivalent to our own.

All subprocessors are vetted for GDPR compliance or equivalent data protection standards. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards — including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission — in place.
