My Shopify theme requires square images. Can you handle that?
Yes. We crop and pad all images to 1:1 (or whatever ratio your theme requires) with the product correctly centred and filling the appropriate amount of the frame.
Do you deliver transparent PNG backgrounds?
Yes. If your Shopify theme uses product images against a colored page background, transparent PNGs will look much cleaner than white. We deliver in whichever format suits your setup.
How do I get consistent images if my products were shot at different times?
We normalize the white point, exposure, and color temperature across the batch. Even images from different shooters or lighting setups come out consistent when we process them as a batch.
